  Amenities include a heated pool, hot tub, gym, clubhouse with kitchen and lounge areas, clean bath house and laundry adequate for size of resort. Trash pickup twice a day. Guadalupe River access.
   Behaved pets on leash are welcome and there are plenty of walking areas including hiking trails with Guadalupe River access. Wi-fi included, plenty of antenna channels on TV, and good cell service.
   There’s plenty in the area to do and see besides relaxing in a nice atmosphere at the resort. Comfort is a “walk-n-shop” historic town with a main street without the Fredericksburg and Boerne parking problems. There are several wineries nearby, a nice Lowes grocery 3 minutes away, restaurants and coffee shops. More shopping, museums and cultural activities in Kerrville, Boerne and Fredericksburg about 30 minutes away.
   Sites are from 53’ to 90’ long, so plenty of room for a motorhome pulling a “toad” or trailer, and overflow parking on-site. Propane refill available in town. Mobile RV repair techs and mobile wash available.
